When you fine-dine in Thailand, especially in Bangkok there are some dishes you can’t really miss out on. They are blessed with all sorts of flavours and all of them are quite impressive!

Som Tum

Som Tum is a green papaya salad and although this is popular in Thailand as a whole, at many riverside restaurants in Bangkok it is a common dish. With a great combination of garlic, sugar, fish sauce and lime, this dish is truly mouth-watering.

Pad Thai

At restaurants of Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort, you find pad Thai which means Thai style fried noodles. You have to eat this dish when it’s hot and only then you know its absolute taste.

Pad Kra Pao Moo

You may see it as a very ordinary dish but it’s recommended by many as one of the most delicious Thai concoctions that can be found in Bangkok.
